PACE Loan Program Kicks Off in Rockland
Not long after Mid-Coast Green Sneakers Project introduced PACE at a public forum in Rockland, a Rockland homeowner became the first in the state to use the Efficiency Maine PACE loan program to retrofit their drafty 1880’s home. The Rockland based company, Evergreen Home Performance has been contracted to perform the work. The project will save the homeowners an estimated $1200 per year in heating costs.
