Why Kennebunk is Cool
The town of Kennebunk has formed an energy committee and done some infrared, heat loss audits as well as electrical and lighting audits. The committee created a 1990 carbon footprint, using the 1990 town annual report as a starting point, in order to make sure that it was feasible to hit the 7% below 1990 level. |
